About Vibro Screen / Gyro Screen :

It is basically a screening machine whose design and construction is based on vibratory motor. Its operation is such that any size based separation is performed easily, with the application of Mesh or Perforated Sheets.

Vibro Screen is useful for Screening, Sifting, Classification, Grading, Oversize or Undersize Removal, De-Dusting, De-Watering, De Lumping, Fiber Recovery, Filtration & Pre-Filtration.

Vibro Screens carry out various duties such as screening of any powder or granules, sifting and grading and classification, removal of oversize/foreign material before packing your finished product, Removal of chips, undersize, lump, dust from granules or powder; Removal of grit (un ground material), filtration/separation of solid-liquid from syrup, slurry, or oils; and Recovery of fiber/husk from liquid stream.

Vibro Screens are useful for granules, powder, slurry or liquids and are extensively used in Industries like Agro Processing, Bakery, Ceramic, Chemical, China Clay, Dehydrated Food, Dyes.
